No more rainy day cancellations for our makers here at The Avenue! Our spaces are generously priced to fill your entire month with dry, never cancelled weekends! We are open 4 days a week and see foot traffic if over 10k people per weekend.

Vendors may choose to bring their own shelf/display space if approved, please include a picture of your typical set up. Tier's start at $149.99 a month. Space assignment and location within the store are at the sole discretion of the Marketplace and may be adjusted from time to time for store layout or operational needs, with reasonable notice to Vendor.

This Agreement runs on three (3) month terms, beginning on the 1st of the month following execution and payment. The Agreement automatically renews for successive three (3) month terms unless Vendor provides written notice of cancellation prior to the 1st of the month in which the current term would otherwise renew.

Vendor may elect to pay monthly or prepay for a full three (3) month (or longer) term in advance to receive a ten percent (10%) discount on the total tier rate, as reflected in the table above. Longer contracts can be discussed.
